The company owns and manages several historic buildings in Fernandina Beach and three others in Nassau County, FL. With upwards of 80,000 sq feet under management, there are more than forty tenants.

A graduate of Curry College, Jonathan Ferguson began his career in residential real estate in Essex County, New Jersey. After residential sales, he became involved in renovating historic properties for residential and commercial use. In 2011, Jon and his partners founded Sound Point Investment Partners, LLC to invest in commercial property in and around Amelia Island.
Ashley, a Florida native, was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina prior to graduation from The University of South Carolina with a BS degree in Retail and Merchandising. After graduation, she made her way to New York City to pursue a career in the fashion industry. In 2012, a few years after meeting Jon, they decided to relocate to Amelia Island. Prior to joining SPIP, Ashley worked as a commercial interior designer specializing in the multi-family and senior living sector. Along with her creativity and remarkable organizational skill, Ashley brings with her an excellent attention to detail.
